On the course of androgen-anabolic steroids, your body works like a stove: with maximum efficiency and maximum power, therefore, training should also be of this kind. If earlier you trained, for example, three times a week, then on the course this amount can be increased up to five times. Also, it is worth remembering that you not only improve recovery when taking steroids, but also increase your overall tone and energy, so you can add new exercises to the program, or improve the performance of old ones, for example, due to peak reduction or “negatives”. You can often work in denial. Although many people say that the ideal option for a mass set is 6-8 repetitions, I do not agree with this. My opinion is this: on the course, it is best to use multi-repetition: 3-4 approaches of the basic exercise (squat, for example) for 10-15 repetitions in each, as soon as you do 15 repetitions in each approach - increase the weight. Weights should be used large, I use 70% of the ML (maximum limit). Also, it is worth noting that on the course the muscles respond very well to the growth of the pump! You can work in a pump-style, however, weights should be maintained at about 50% of ML, otherwise, after the course, you will find a total collapse of power and mass. If you have a course planned for 10-12 weeks, I advise you to do a "pass" every week - a sample of the ML in each exercise. If the course lasts longer, then the ML can be done once every 2-3 weeks, this is necessary to know what weights to train at the Post-course therapy (PCT). In general, if your course is temporary, I recommend that you force the working weights in a multi-repetition, do not add anything new or remove the old one, but simply try to squeeze the most out of yourself.
Now about training at the PCT. Training at PCT, for starters, should last about 30-40 minutes - no more. You need to work only in basic exercises, reduce the range of repetitions to 6-8, use submaximal weights: 80-90% of ML. The first three weeks I recommend training in this way, then, gradually, you can add reps and reduce weights, add various isolating exercises, and after two months completely return to the training regimen before the course.
