We deliver the goods being bought at our shop all over the world. In order to deliver the goods in due time and safely to our buyers, the goods are sent from warehouses located in various European countries.

After you pay for the order, you will need 2-7 working days (except days off and holidays) for its processing and consignment.

As soon as an order is sent, you will obtain confirmation by email with information about the number for tracing the parcel. If such letter is not received, check a JUNK folder or apply to us through CONTACTS folder, specifying the data about your order.

Sometimes the number for tracing can only be seen, when the parcel passed customs clearance, in rare cases it can take more time than usually. In some countries the parcel cannot be traced at all, and we can do nothing with it.

It is impossible for us to be aware of legislation of all countries in detail. For sure, you know legislation of your country better than we do, therefore, before making an order, you should independently estimate all possibilities. In our turn we guarantee full confidentiality. The goods will be removed from original packing and repacked safely. A parcel shall contain no information concerning what it is exactly inside of it and what you paid for. Large orders will be divided into several parcels, so do not be surprised if you receive only a part of your order. It means that the rest part of your order is in transit, and you will obligatory obtain the whole order, but a little bit later. If you receive a customs letter with information that your parcel was confiscated, we’ll need a confirmation thereof to send a parcel repeatedly. For the purpose of confirmation, please send us a photo of a letter on seizure issued by a customs office. Please, pay attention that an order can be sent repeatedly only one time and reaches not all countries. It all depends on legislation of your country.

We pack the goods very carefully for safe delivery. However, in rare cases the goods can be damaged during transportation. If you obtained the damaged goods, we are ready to send the parcel repeatedly, but for this purpose we need evidences proving damage of the goods. Please, make a photo of the damaged parcel and the goods so that an envelope, sender’s address and recipient’s address can be seen; send us the photo, and we will deliver the order repeatedly.

All parcels are delivered by registered airmail to a habitual address, mail boxes or APO addresses and require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home on the moment of delivery, the parcel is kept at a local postal department. Usually a postal department keeps a parcel within 2-3 weeks and only after termination of that period sends it to a sender. You can contact a postal department to plan a repeated delivery or even to keep a parcel within longer period of time until you take it from the postal department. We always recommend you to check information about address before making an order. In case of a wrong address you can notify your local postal department to resend the parcel to your actual address.

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes after the order has been sent to you. In this relation, please, be more attentive when placing an order and notifying an address.

We make all efforts to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, however not everything depends on us. The terms of delivery to a greater extent depend not on us, but on post services, customs houses and other services in your country which operations we cannot control. For this reason, delivery to some countries can take up to 25 working days.

Cost of goods delivery is specified at your order and can be changed depending on various factors.
